Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

- If the agreed-upon service has not been initiated or delivered within the stipulated timeline, you may request a refund.
- 2. Substandard Service Quality:
- If the quality of our service does not meet the standards outlined in our agreement, we will work to address the issue. If the resolution does not meet expectations, a refund may be issued.
- 3. Change of Requirements:
- If your business needs change before the service has been initiated, a partial or full refund may be considered based on the stage of work completion
Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:
- • Services have been successfully delivered as per the agreed scope and timeline.
- • The delay or dissatisfaction is caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
- • Customized services where work has already been completed.
Refund Request Process

- • Your name and contact information
- • Invoice or contract number
- • Reason for refund request
- 2. Our team will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and may reach out for additional information or clarification.
- 3. The refund decision will be communicated within 15 business days after the evaluation of your request.
Refund Amount and Processing
- • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of approval.
- • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
